Story: We never communicated by letter,only by text message or phone calls.I,ve been very foolish because I believe now that she is the most dangerous type of scammer who gained my trust over a long period of time,relieving me of lots of money in the process because I thought she was in love with me and needed my help,in particular with money for flat rent and kindergarten saying that she was too ill to work and needed a life saving open heart surgery.It was well over 12 months(yes I know) before she plucked up the courage to announce how much this surgery would cost in a private clinic.She wanted me to transfer money to a bank acct she opened ,but because I never had a problem with western union before I transferred half of the ammount for operation to her which cleared,only when I tried to send the rest,did w/union refuse the transfer on the grounds it failed a security check and that she was on a list of people not to send money to.I wish they had blocked my money transfers before and I would not have lost as much money.I was vulnerable i.e recently divorced,death of grandparent etc and she must have taken advantage of these facts.She moved flat three times,the last time she was a little reluctant to give me the address so as to send flowers.She was "mugged" and had mobile stolen that I had sent via dhl and called me on the previous one that she happened to be carrying at same time ,again I had bought this on a visit to russia and assumed because it was now "faulty" that she had stopped using it.I was wrong.Her father died when she was young of heart problems,she was supposed to have a hole in her heart which required surgery.Her mother wanted nothing to do with her,and I was only one who could save her life.She rarely asked for money but would say that she had spent her last rouble or that the rent was due,or she needed expensive heart tablets.She also had expensive dental treatment for two front teeth knocked out by her child in accident,bought contact lenses,expensive clothes.She had me paying for these in shops while in russia and when I later said how expensive they were she said she never noticed.I always had to pay for meals in expensive restaurants for her and her friend who always seemed to be invited and plenty of taxis everywhere.She claimed to have used a travel agency for tourist visa and plane tickets and the trip never happened .She said she was refused but never got black stamp in passport.i called her the day of "interview" for visa and she said she was busy and would call back later to tell me all about it but never did.She then had a large party for 50people in posh restaurant for her birthday a few days after the failed visa and I lost all the money supposedly.Whenever there was a point in our plans to do something on a certain date,there would always be a disaster to stop the plans.I could go on forever with this.
